How fast do you reply?
Most general questions get a response within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Editorial pitches and partnership inquiries can take up to 5 business days. Press queries are usually answered same-day if sent before 5pm ET.
Can I pitch an article or share an idea?
Yes. Use the topic dropdown above and pick "Article idea / pitch." Include a 1-paragraph summary, why our readers would care, and any data sources you'd lean on. We'll get back to you within 5 business days, even if it's a "thanks, not this time."
I spotted an error in an article. How do I report it?
Use the topic "Report a bug or typo" and include the article URL and the exact line. We fix verified errors within 24 hours and add an editor's note to the article. Genuine fact catches get a credit if you'd like one.
Do you take guest posts or accept sponsored content?
No paid guest posts and no sponsored content disguised as editorial. We do work with affiliate partners on product reviews, but those reviews are written independently and only run if the product is genuinely worth recommending. For partnership inquiries, pick "Partnership / sponsorship."
Can you give me personal financial advice?
We can't give individualized financial advice (that requires a licensed advisor who knows your full picture). But if there's a topic our guides don't cover and should, tell us — we'll add it to the queue.
